Privacy Policy

Cofavi is pilot-stage software for coordinating customer-delivery work. This page explains the practical data handling principles we use for the pilot.

Data we may store

Cofavi may store organization account details, users, customers, contacts, requests, quotes, company documents, workflow tasks, activities, projects, follow-ups, AI chat history, usage logs, and billing metadata needed to operate the service.

Organization isolation

Customer-delivery records are tied to an organization workspace. Users must belong to the organization to access that workspace, and department visibility controls may further limit what a user can see.

Documents and AI

Uploaded company knowledge may be processed into searchable text and document chunks so Cofavi can provide source-backed answers. AI features use available workspace context and document excerpts to generate drafts or briefings; users should review all AI output before relying on it or sending it externally.

Third-party services

Cofavi uses infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI to provide authentication, data storage, billing, and AI features. We do not claim special regulatory certifications for the pilot unless separately agreed in writing.
