Terms of Service
These practical pilot-stage terms describe expected use of Cofavi. They are not a substitute for a separately negotiated customer agreement.
Acceptable use
Use Cofavi for lawful business coordination, customer-delivery work, internal knowledge, follow-ups, and related operational workflows. Do not upload malicious files, illegal content, or data you are not authorized to use.
Account responsibility
Organization owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning appropriate access, and reviewing what information is uploaded or shared.
AI limitations
AI responses are drafts and summaries, not guaranteed advice. Do not rely on Cofavi for legal, financial, medical, regulated, safety-critical, or compliance decisions without human review.
Pilot and subscriptions
Pilot access may be free for a limited period and may include usage limits. Paid subscriptions, if offered, will be discussed separately before billing starts.
